Recommended intake:

For the first 5 weeks, take 40 ml daily (2 x 20 ml) of undiluted Regulatpro® Arthro; 20 ml before breakfast and 20 ml before dinner. After that, the intake can be reduced to 20 ml daily. Drink a glass of still water with each serving. For sensitive stomachs, it is recommended to take it diluted in a glass of water.

Servings per bottle:

One 350 ml bottle provides approx. 8–9 daily servings during the first 5 weeks and approx. 17 daily servings at the maintenance dose. We recommend taking it for at least 5 weeks. The product is ideal for long-term use - to support general well-being³.
