Take one 20 ml bottle of Beauty Drink Hyaluron in the morning, then drink some still water.
Dr. Niedermaier recommends daily intake for at least 8 weeks. To maintain the positive effects, we recommend continuing to take the product every 2 to 3 days thereafter - or daily if needed.

Shake well before use. Consume the bottle within one day of opening. Do not store above 25°C.
